BIRMINGHAM TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES FORM STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

 

October 11, 2005 – Birmingham, Michigan.  Codespear LLC a Birmingham, Michigan based technology company specializing in Interoperable Communications and Alerts and Intrepid Defense & Security Systems, also headquartered in Birmingham, specializing in high resolution 3D visualization, have entered into a strategic partnership. This alliance further develops Codespear’s products to incorporate live streaming video, and “in the hand”, video and enhances Intrepid’s offerings to include secure communications capability.

 

Both companies operate in the Government and Commercial markets and have recognized the needs that will benefit their customers in terms of establishing a visual capability that will compliment the current interoperable communications capabilities that are already being supplied to Homeland Security Departments and major companies and organizations.
